As a
Deep Cleaning Technician , you will be responsible for performing specialized floor care and deep cleaning services while maintaining Dexterra's high standards of quality and safety. This is a full-time, year-round position, and a company truck and cell phone will be provided.
Your work will include:
- Performing deep cleaning services in commercial facilities.
- Stripping, waxing, burnishing, and maintaining a variety of floor surfaces.
- Performing marble polishing and restoration.
- Operating and maintaining specialized floor care equipment.
- Following all Health & Safety policies and using required PPE.
- Maintaining cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Completing assigned work efficiently and to a high standard.
- Communicating effectively with your supervisor and responding to service requests.

Qualifications WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Minimum 3 years of commercial floor care and deep cleaning experience .
- Extensive experience with marble polishing , floor stripping, waxing, burnishing, and floor maintenance.
- Experience operating commercial floor care equipment.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work.
- A clear criminal background check is required for this role.
