Role Description The Senior Consultant role is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Cairo, NY. The Senior Consultant will provide expert real estate and investment advisory services to clients, including assessing their needs, analyzing market opportunities, and recommending suitable projects and units. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include conducting market research and financial analyses, preparing investment proposals and presentations, and guiding clients through negotiations, legal documentation, and transaction processes. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams and external developers, maintaining strong professional relationships, and ensuring a high standard of client service and ethical practice. The Senior Consultant will also contribute to business development activities, support strategic partnerships, and mentor junior team members. Qualifications Strong consulting and advisory skills, including client needs assessment, solution design, and decision support. Experience in real estate investment analysis, market research, and financial modeling. Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and relationship management with clients and stakeholders. Ability to prepare clear reports, proposals, and presentations for senior decision‑makers. Solid understanding of legal and regulatory aspects of real estate transactions and investment structures. Demonstrated experience in the real estate sector, preferably in consulting, brokerage, or investment roles. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field; advanced degrees or professional certifications are an advantage. Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
